    DIGITRACK is a software application that enables the positioning of systems, which have a GPS TRACKER installed, or of entities who have installed DIGITRACK application in their cell phone.

  • IS DIGITRACK INSTALLED INTO CELL PHONES ONLY?

    DIGITRACK application is installed into cell phones, tables running ANDROID operation system. Also it is provided a web based application (www.digitrack.gr). The version for IOS is expected to be soon available.

  • FROM WHERE COULD I DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION FOR ANDROID?

    DIGITRACK application along with any relative supportive information is available at the webpage www.digitrack.gr, as well as at GOOGLE PLAY STORE.

  • IS IT REQUIRED TO HAVE AN INTERNET CONNECTION TO OPERATE THE APPLICATION?

    The application aims to the information exchange between the users, via the UBILUS server. In order to transmit and receive messages it is required an internet connection at the cell phone, 3G or via Wi-Fi. Also an internet connection is required for the “cashing” of maps, which could be performed via Wi-Fi to avoid unwanted charges. Then the maps stored in the cell phone memory could be used without the existence of an internet connection.

  • IS THERE ANY CHARGE FOR THE ANDROID DIGITRACK APPLICATION?

    DIGITRACK application could be downloaded and operated for free for a month since installation date. Then an annual fee that amount to 10.00€ should be submitted.

  • COULD I USE THE APPLICATION IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE POSITION OF MY FRIENDS?

    The answer is yes, only if your friends have installed the same application and have “selected” you as a friend, through the application.

  • COULD I CHECK THROUGH THE POSITION OF MY VEHICLE?

    The answer is yes, only if you have chosen to buy the GPS tracker of your choice by UBILUS, which should then be installed in your vehicle.

  • WHAT ELSE IS REQUIRED BEFORE INSTALLATION OF THE GPS TRACKER AT MY VEHICLE?

    It is required to get SIM card (prepaid or postpaid) that supports internet data. This card should support at least 100MB data, which correspond to the data that will be transferred to the UBILUS Server within one (1) month.

  • IS IT REQUIRED A PIN CODE REQUEST FOR THE SIM CARD?

    Before inserting the SIM card to the GPS Tracker, you should first deactivate the PIN code request for the card by inserting the card to a cell phone and applying the abovementioned setting. Then the SIM card could be inserted to the GPS Tracker.

  • IS IT REQUIRED TO CONFIGURE THE GPS TRACKER?

    Depending on the GPS Tracker supplied and according to the mobile communications operator selected, it is required to send an SMA to the GPS Tracker to configure it. This process is described at the UBILUS e-shop for each specific GPS Tracker.

  • WHO PERFORMS THE GPD TRACKER INSTALLATION?

    Depending on the GPS Tracker selected, its installation could either be performed by you, since no special knowledge is required to specific GPS Trackers, or by a vehicle electrician as far as the MVT-600 and MVT-100 models are concerned.

  • WHICH GPS TRACKER COULD I INSTALL MYSELF?

    The TC-68S is an OBD GPS TRACKER which is installed at vehicle which are equipped with an OBD port (below the steering wheel). This GPS TRCKER is very easy to install, since what is only required is to plug it to the specific port.

  • WHICH VEHICLES ARE EQUIPPED WITH AN OBD PORT?

    These are the vehicles manufactured after 1999.

  • WHEN A GPS TRACKER IS PURCHASED, IS IT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ALSO THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION OF 10.00€?

    The answer is no, when you purchase from us the telecommunication solution, we provide . The only thing required is during the GPS TRACKER to state at the E-shop the IMEI number of the cell phone where the application will be installed.

    The reasons behind the non-display of an entity’s position are related to many factors. These are:
    • The existence of data (internet) for us (cell phone) and the entity under monitoring.
    • The existence GSM signal, where the entity is located.
    • The acceptance by the application environment of data display and transmission as well as by the entity itself.
    • The existence of a connection to the UBILUS server.
    • The mobile telecommunications signal strength at the positions where we and the entity exist.
